Our History
GH Online Accounting Limited is the outsourced services division of George Hay, Chartered Accountants.
Due to the increased demand by businesses looking to outsource either their bookkeeping, management accounting function or payroll function, George Hay saw the need for dedicated specialist staff in this area and the advantages of being able to offer competitive fixed prices for such a service. In 2001 they formed GH Online Accounting Limited in order to fulfill this need whilst still retaining the support and expertise of the parent Chartered Accountancy practice.
The business has highly skilled and professional staff who are dedicated to providing a cost effective and flexible outsourced bookkeeping, payroll and management accounting service using the latest technology whereever possible.

The payroll bureau service division of GH Online Accounting Limited operates under the name of PayScheme. This division provides an outsourced payroll function to a wide variety of businesses ranging from 1 to over 50 employees.
George Hay was established in the UK in 1939 and has been providing a comprehensive business and advisory service particularly to private and family owned businesses ever since.
