Barry is tax partner for George Hay, an associated firm of Chartered Accountants, and acts in a supporting role to "PayScheme" who can draw on his specialist tax knowledge.

Barry joined George Hay from a City of London practice in 1988 since when he has been responsible for their Tax Department. While his main specialism is tax, Barry is also substantially involved in audits, business plans and business valuations.

As a current member and past President of the Mid Anglia branch of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Barry also serves as a member of the Group Taxation Panel.

Barry lectures extensively on taxation subjects and is co-author of "Tax Planning for the Smaller Business".

In addition to all this Barry is married with a lively young family.
