Richard has been with George Hay, a firm of Chartered Accountants who are associated to PayScheme, since 1986 and was appointed as a partner in 2001. Richard is the partner responsible for auditing for the firm having vast experience in this area.

Based at the George Hay Letchworth office, which he has helped to develop, Richard specialises in advising small to medium sized businesses, with a particular specialism in Financial Services Compliance and business start-ups where his considerable experience is of great benefit to clients.

Richard has also advised a number of clients while they have been either acquiring or selling their businesses, which has included providing due-dilligence reports in a number of instances.
